Weight Loss Crystal Kit

Made with intention and care, each of our crystal kits are created to assist you on your journey of self-knowledge, and energetic awareness.
The stones within our Weight Loss Crystal Kit are thoughtfully selected for both their individual energetics and their ability to synergistically support the energy of other crystals. Your Weight Loss Crystal Kit will come with five semi-precious gemstones for you to use on your journey including: Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, Bloodstone, Amethyst and Selenite. Each kit is cleansed with our Sacred Smudge Vibrational Spray and blessed prior to packaging and shipment so that they are ready for your use upon arrival. In addition, your kit will come with a velvet drawstring bag and an information card about each of the crystals in the kit. You will also receive a sticker to reminder you to "Keep Calm and Use Crystals" and a magnet with the message "Good Vibes Only."
To use the crystals in your Weight Loss kit, carry the stones in your pocket with you during the day. At night, set them on your nightstand or near your bed so that you can continue to absorb their energy while you are sleeping. Before eating your meals, hold the crystals for a few moments and intend that your body will receive all of the nutrition that it most needs at this time. Then place the crystals on the table near your plate of food. This means the crystals can charge your meal with their energy as you eat. After you have finished eating, hold the stones over your belly (or over the area that you would most like to lose weight). Now visualize yourself at your ideal, healthy weight.
When we intentionally place crystals in our environment, or on our body, that carry the energetic component of what we are desiring, it can lend us access to an anchor within attention that can reset our energy patterns.

Rose Quartz: Rose Quartz is most often a delicate soft-pink color but can also be a golden-white color. This stone has a calming, soothing energy that can work on the entire chakra system by gently removing negativity and filling these spaces with the gentle salve of self-love. Rose Quartz is included in our Weight Loss Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of assist with love of self and detoxifying emotions. It can also assist in reducing tendencies to stress eat.
Clear Quartz: This stone, with its absence of coloration, helps to amplify both body energy and thoughts. Additionally, Clear Quartz is often used to covert negative energy to a more beneficial state. Clear Quartz is included in our Weight Loss Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of being able to help you to make the right food choices and accomplish goals.
Bloodstone: This stone is green with flecks of red, though sometimes the red cannot be seen in smaller specimens. Bloodstone helps us to “be here now.” This stone is often used for its centering and grounding energy because of its ability to provide balance to the whole body to help overcome any distress or anxiety. We have included Bloodstone in the Weight Loss Crystal Kit because of its ability to elevate your metabolism and stimulate detoxification.
Amethyst: A variety of quartz with a color spectrum ranging from deep purple to light lavender, Amethyst is considered a stone of contentment because of its ability to bestow stability and peace. We included Amethyst in our Weight Loss Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities to reduce food cravings, help control appetite and break bad habits.
Selenite: This stone can be recognized by its colorless appearance and needle-like crystal formation. This crystal helps to provide clarity of mind and assists in removing energetic blockages that prevent us from actualizing to our upmost potential. Selenite is included in your Weight Loss kit for its supportive nature to banish negativity that arises while detoxing.
