Made with intention and care, each of our crystal kits are created to assist you on your journey of self-knowledge, and energetic awareness.

The stones within our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit are thoughtfully selected for both their individual energetics and their ability to synergistically support the energy of other crystals. Your Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit will come with nine semi-precious gemstones for you to use to decrease anxiety and stress in your life, including: Black Tourmaline, Carnelian, Sunstone, Lepidolite, Angelite, Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz and Selenite.  Each kit is cleansed with our Sacred Smudge Vibrational Spray and blessed prior to packaging and shipment so that they are ready for your use upon arrival.  In addition, your kit will come with a velvet drawstring bag and an information card about each of the crystals in the kit.

To use your Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit, purposefully place it in a space in your home or place of work to calm the energy and generate a more peaceful environment. This kit can also be intentionally added to an altar space with objects placed which bring associations of peace and calm into your space. Additionally, these stones can be kept close with you to generate an anxiety and stress-free protective environment around you. 

Often times anxiety and stress are triggered by our environment, repeated inner dialogue, or where we place our attention. When we intentionally place objects in our environment, or on our body, that carry the energetic component of calm and peacefulness, it can lend us access to an anchor within attention that can reset our energy patterns. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS KIT

In addition to being supportive to your wellbeing in the reduction of stress and anxiety, the stones in this kit also help to align and balance each of the seven major chakras.

Black Tourmaline: Most often resembling a crystal, with stacks of dense needle-like formations in its raw form, black tourmaline is used as a grounding stone and for its ability to protect from and repel negative energy. This stone also helps to protect against doom and gloom type thoughts, and the negative projections of others. We included Black Tourmaline in this kit to lend its energetics in helping ground yourself and reduce overthinking. It is because of its deep grounding energetic that it is able to assist with helping to anchor your energy and help to balance the Root Chakra.

Carnelian: Carnelian has a deep red-orange opaque coloration and is often used to help protect against fear, and rage. It also is said to help banish sorrow carried within the emotional body. Carnelian is included in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of being able to help you to release the past. It is associated with the Sacral Chakra and helps to stir creativity, helping emotions to move through the experience through creative expression.

Sunstone: This stone is typically the hue of deep orange with the sparkle of the stars but can range from grey, green, yellow, brown, orange, pink, peach and red. It is the range of inclusions within the stone that create its beautiful reflective nature. Sunstone is often used to dissipate fearfulness, and to alleviate stresses. It provides a certain kind of luck through timing. We included Sunstone in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetics that encourage strength and unconditional love. The yellow-orange, fiery nature of this stone is like the bright shining Sun, and is associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra for its ability to help with confidence.

Lepidolite: This stone is typically a lilac-gray or rose-colored stone that has shiny tiny bits of mica as inclusions. Lepidolite is said to be helpful to restructure and reorganize ourselves when faced with old patterns. We chose to include Lepidolite in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities that help to stabilize your mood and dissolve stress. Lepidolite helps to activate the Heart Chakra and can help to balance the energies of being love, and being willing to love.

Angelite: A bluish-white stone, Angelite is considered a symbol of the verbalization and communication of love and light to the world. This stone is said to help raise the state of conscious awareness, promoting clear and orderly communication. We included Angelite in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of assist with releasing tension and restoring inner balance.  Wearing or carrying Angelite can help balance the throat chakra by giving you the confidence and strength to know when to speak up, and speak your truth.

Amethyst: A variety of quartz with a color spectrum ranging from deep purple to light lavender, Amethyst is considered a stone of contentment because of its ability to bestow stability and peace. We included Amethyst in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of being able to help soothe daily stressors and calm the mind. Amethyst helps with the assimilation of new ideas and is paired with the Third Eye Chakra and helps us to see possibilities and release limitations by opening the mind.

Clear Quartz: This stone, with its absence of coloration, helps to amplify both body energy and thoughts. Additionally, Clear Quartz is often used to covert negative energy to a more beneficial state. Clear Quartz is included in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of being able to help you to find your own inner sense of peace and emotional healing.  In the Anxiety and Stress Relieving Kit, Clear Quartz is associated with the Crown Chakra for its ability to amplify your personal energy to follow your bliss.

Rose Quartz: Rose Quartz is most often a delicate soft-pink color but can also be a golden-white color. This stone has a calming, soothing energy that can work on the entire chakra system by gently removing negativity and filling these spaces with the gentle salve of self-love. Rose Quartz is included in our Anxiety and Stress Relieving Crystal Kit for its energetic abilities of assist with love of self and dissolving negativity.

Selenite: This stone can be recognized by its colorless appearance and needle-like crystal formation. This crystal helps to provide clarity of mind and assists in removing energetic blockages that prevent us from actualizing to our upmost potential. Selenite is included in your kit for its supportive nature to help cleanse and amplify your crystals.
